We need the next generation to ‘catch’ the Dharma as presented by Sangharakshita and ensure Triratna thrives for as long as time and space endures! How do we do that?

What does a Dharma-based response to ecological and social issues look like? Should we become much more ‘engaged’ or focus on the individuals who come through our doors?
Sustain & Grow
What conditions do we need to foster to create sustainable contexts for practicing and spreading the Dharma? A big challenge – we are few and the world is ‘on fire’…
Translations
Ideally, people meet the Dharma in their native language. Bhante wrote and spoke in English and there is an ongoing task to translate his words into other languages…
Racial Diversity
Outside India, Triratna is overwhelmingly ‘white’. How can we reach out and welcome a more diverse population and truly live out our ideal of Sangha for all?
Gender Diversity
Triratna has long been a place LGBTQ were welcome, but with the increased recognition of non-binary identities how does this work with Triratna’s traditional 2-wing model?
Leadership
Actually this priority of the International Council is to ‘strengthen the lineage of responsibility’ but included in that is the need to develop the leaders for Triratna’s future
