INTRO

Since 2014 the ECA (European Chairs Assembly) has helped to fund a Young Buddhist Coordinator/Convenor to:

• lead events for people in their 20s and early 30s
• regularly visit centres across Europe
• offer training and advice to encourage the involvement of young people in the Triratna Buddhist Community

It now:

• resources an annual retreat programme reaching over 250 young people
• offers friendship and support to 19 young buddhist groups
• provides advice for centres looking to engage people in their twenties
• empowers the young Buddhist project to clarify it’s vision, plans and priorities in collaboration with multiple Triratna institutions
