Current Projects

In 2025, the ECA reviewed its strategic priorities.
Here is some information about what’s happening in some of those.

For the current set of priorities, the ECA membership (Centre Chairs and Directors of non-local projects) chose 2 major and 7 minor priorities:

Major priorities:

  • attracting young people and future generations
  • developing financial sustainability and abundance

Medium Priorities

  • translating Bhante’s and Triratna’s Dharma
  • developing new forms of team based right livelihood
  • strengthening leadership and succession in our centres
  • strengthening connection with Bhante’s vision and legacy
  • developing new growth or outreach strategies
  • supporting and developing groups
  • increasing racial diversity

Safeguarding is included – not a strategic priority as such but an ongoing commitment.
